8:45 AM - Special Meeting & AGM

 
A Special Meeting will be held at 8:45 am for the purpose of the membership to vote on the following motions:

1.    Based on the findings and research conducted by the consultants, and upon the recommendation of the Executive, that the Association of Directors of Volunteer Resources be dissolved.

2.      That, in the event of dissolution of the Association, all remaining assets shall be distributed to a like-minded charity or charities.

Members who are in good standing (i.e. have paid their membership by April 30, 2012) are welcome to exercise their right to vote on these motions.  Voting will be conducted by secret ballot.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be constituted for the purpose of reviewing the year April 1, 2011 – March 31, 2012 of the Association of Directors of Volunteer Resources (ADVR) and for the membership to receive committee reports and review financial statements.

Three Vitalize registrations will be drawn as door prizes.
